65 year old female patient having history of trauma due to fall down at home. Patient came with complain of severe shoulder pain and unable to move her right shoulder. We examined patient and did x ray of that patient. We found proximal humerus fracture. So we planned surgery in form of open reduction and internal fixation with plates and screws. We achieved anatomical reduction intraop. Patient was comfortable after surgery and patient was mobilized on second post operative day.. 45 year old female patient having history of trauma due to fall from height. Patient came with complain of severe low backpain and unable to move, sit or walk. We did x ray of that patient and found D12 vertebrae fracture. So we did MRI of that patient and found D12 burst fracture with fracture fragment compressing cord. So we did operative treatment in form of posterior fixation and decompression with pedicle screws and rods. Patient was mobilized on second day of operation. This is recovery story of 36 year old male patient was having severe low backpain with left side lower limb radicular pain since one month, patient could not walk or sit. So we clinically examined patient and investigated in form of MRI Lumbosacral spine with whole spine screening. MRI shows large disc bulge at L4-L5 level. So we planned surgery in this case.
